2. Payments #
Relay Pro is sold through Link, by Stripe, as merchant of record.
Relay Pro is sold through Stripe Managed Payments, and each purchase is "Sold through Link": Link is Stripe's checkout and payment service. Stripe, through Link, is the merchant of record for each purchase: it takes the payment, collects sales tax and VAT, and handles payment support, refunds and disputes, and Link emails your receipts and invoices. Your card or bank statement shows LINK.COM* followed by a short name for Relay. The Stripe company you contract with for Link is named in Link's terms at link.com/terms. diferent LLC is the business behind Relay and remains responsible for the app.
