Stripe takes the payment and works out the tax, Link emails your receipts and invoices, and your statement shows LINK.COM* followed by a short name for Relay. The prices here are before tax. At checkout Stripe adds sales tax, VAT or GST for where you are, may show the price in your currency, and shows the total before you confirm.
Pro is free for 14 days, once per person. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you don't, the plan you picked starts when the trial ends and renews until you cancel. We remind you by email before the trial ends where our payment provider makes it possible.
Online, any time: in the customer portal, from the app's Settings or the link in any receipt, at link.com, or by emailing us. No call, no questions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then you are back on Free with all your mail and settings.
Yes: ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get it all back. Consumers in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As merchant of record, Stripe (through Link support) may also refund a payment within 60 days, at its discretion. Everything is in our refund policy.

Your mail keeps working. AI actions start again at midnight UTC, and tracked messages at the start of the month; until then new mail simply goes out without read status.
The iPhone app sells nothing. Subscribe on the web or in the Mac app; Pro belongs to your Relay account, so it works on every device where you sign in.
Unlimited is for one person's own mail, at work or at home. It isn't for bulk sending, shared accounts or reselling. Safeguards that a normal day never reaches keep Relay fast for everyone. The details are in our terms and acceptable use policy.
